But I suggest you just improvise your own Harry costume. It's cheaper and you could use it as a bonding moment with your brother! Make him wear a rented black graduation toga, a white polo (could even be the school uniform polo), a fancy tie (maroon and gold stripes for Gryffindor) black pants and shoes.
