Hi All,

I am having a halloween party and would love to create the effect of a smoking glass of wine (like Morticia in the Adams Family has!)

Does anyone know what you put into the glass to create this effect? Is it a chemical of some kind?

Also, any other cool ideas welcome!
Thanks

Dry ice works well.

In food styling, we use a tampon that has been soaked in water and microwaved until steaming. We hide it behind the food and the steam looks like the food is yummy hot!!!

You could try dropping small dry ice cubes into your wine.

Just all I can think of for now. :)

This stuff is called Dry Ice, you can usually buy it from party shops, even some supermarkets near Halloween time. Failing that, ebay.

Dry ice and hot water I think. Could also add food coloring.

Dry ice, but I think it is not good to drink. I also think you need a special license. We used it for theatrical purposes in our church and then played a practical joke by pouring some into a toilet. The pastor was suitably shocked! He did laugh and forgave us.
