What is a good costume for a costume party when you're 8 months pregnant? I want a really hilarious one…?
I don’t want one that everyone does, like the pregnant nun, or the catholic school girl, or the cheerleader with my man as the football player. My man and I won’t be doing a couple’s costume, so it will just be me. I want one that is hilarious, preferably irreverent or inappropriate. I don’t want to do the "bun in the oven" thing (come on people, that’s not funny, that’s stupid). Any creative/original ideas? I have 4 months to get it all put together, but since it is my Halloween party and I am known as the queen of Halloween, I usually start putting my costume together in July.

I think that the mermaid costume is actually still a good idea. Just get her a nude color turtle neck or long sleeved shirt/ body suit or something along the lines that way it gives the illusion of body showing while giving you the comfort of knowing shes warm....well as warm as her brothers.

you can always ask your friends, or better yet go to the thrift store if there is a value village or salvation army near you im sure they will have something.

but, white shirt:
you could rip up the white shirt and tear it. i think a button up would work best if you rolled up the sleeves. or instead of rolling the sleeves you could cut the sleeves. you could even see if your dad had an old one you could use and if it was too big you could tie it instead of buttoning it up. if it was really big and baggy you could belt it that would work too.

for bottoms you could do a black, tan or khaki skirt or pants. you could probably even do leggings if your white button up was really long

an eye patch would add to it too. you could make that out of black construction paper and string, or just paint it on with eyeliner or face paint.

any tall black or brown boots work, find a bandanna (dollar stores, thrift stores), and wear gold earings or hoops.

How do I make A Homemade Pirate Halloween Costume?
Ok, so For Halloween I wanna look hot, but not girly, so I was thinking a pirate. But I’m broke and can’t afford anything. So I need your help, What can I use to make a Girl’s Pirate Costume. Halloween costume suggestion?
I have 3 mo.old twins and found a fish costume and lobster costume for them. so cute! Any suggestions for my 2 yr. old daughter? I thought a mermaid would be great, but we live near Chicago, and it gets so cold by the end of the month. Thanks!

your home, your tree i say decorate it any way that you want to. after all that part of Christmas is not celebrating the real Christmas it is just celebrating the secular Christmas. the real Christmas is in the heart of those that every Christmas await the birth of the real Christ who came to earth over 2,000 to save us from our sins. that is the Christmas, ,the joy and comfort that we as Christians look forward to every year. it is a joyous occasion to us to welcome in the real Christ not the silly decorations and music and what ever else that is celebrated by trees and lights and music.
